ABOUT THE ARTWORK

The work, based on the painting 'The Harvest Moon' by English artist, Samuel Palmer, is a play between traditional objective landscape art and subjective use of color and light and free expression, and is part of an ongoing series dealing with reflection and universal spirituality through our connectivity with nature and the power of light. My interest in the landscape has been a recurring theme throughout my artistic career.
