The Narrative Series 2 "Three River walk" Print

Three River Walk Truthfully, it’s one river divided into three sections by roads and bridges. The walk goes around the outer areas of my home town and culminates by the boat yard, which sits under Poets Walk and the main headland. It’s a glorious walk in summer, although very busy since Covid, but in the winter months when the wind crosses the estuary bringing sleet and hail from Wales and funnels down the river directly into your face.......Well, then it’s a different walk entirely.

 About the framing for the narrative series dimensions given include the white frame. Although this shot is of a different painting, I put it in to show the frame. The frame is white MDF, which I sand back and repaint with satinwood or white gloss paint. I do not include the glass, as it would ruin the look of a wooden painted panel. The painting itself has been varnished and will not fade under normal interior conditions. I affix metal hoops and very strong cord to the back once I have taped up the back.
