The last time I visited Wales, we went for a walk along the Penarth waterfront. It was early, so we reached the pavillion in time to catch the bright sun reflecting of its surface before the clouds came in. About the Artist

Dan Angelone

United Kingdom

Born in Melbourne Australia, I always had my hands dirty with paint, ink or charcoal trying to describe what I saw in my mind. I've spent most of my adult years traveling throughout Europe, learning new ways to see the world through my eyes and experimenting with ways to tell those stories. I came to spend a few years living in Berlin, where I began to craft a form of expression that felt true to me. An impressionistic way of finding atmosphere that allows me to paint light the way it should feel. I then like to expand some breathing room for abstractions where I can explore bi lateral ideas or senses.
I'm now living and working from London, finding material to translate directly from our environment.
