ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Several months ago during First Saturday Open Studios 2019 () a woman stopped in my studio to connect and share her appreciation for my paintings. It was a quiet Saturday so I had decided to use the time to paint, while still making myself available for visitors. During our conversation, she became enthralled with my palette where I was mixing paints before applying them and asked if she could purchase it. I said yes and she bought it, wet paint and all! Now that experience was a first! ‘THE PROCESS OF CREATIVITY’… is the reproduced image of one of my recent palettes I found particularly beautiful. I usually throw them out but after this open studio experience, I thought I would scan it and put it up on the to be available for prints.
