The Structure of Tenderness Print

I have always been a creative and intuitive soul. My journey into fluid art developed after an introduction to another artist working with these same mediums. I found the movement on each piece to be captivating. Ink offers a unique depth and dimension of color that stimulates the senses. While exploring different methods and tecniques with ink, I found the work to be healing and transformative. Working with ink is very mercurial. To be intentional with such an unpredictable medium requires patience and purpose. When I begin a new piece, I acknowledge I cannot contain or control every aspect of what is to come. As an artist, I am continually seeking enlightenment. I never want to limit my expression. You will find works here created with ink, acrylic, watercolor and possibly a collaboration of all of these mediums. As in life, art transforms over time eventually evolving into its intended purpose. We get to start again over and over. I love that I am able to embrace this practice and allow myself to freely be curious with child like wonder…never feeling too attached to one way of things or another. These works are created from my heart with love. It is my hope that they bring you joy.
