"The battle gave us strength and unity" 100cm*150cm, Mixed Technique on canvas. The painting shows a monument and at the same time the symbol of the capital Kyev and Ukraine as a whole - "The Motherland Monument" - which is part of the Museum of the History of Ukraine in the Second World War. (It is the tallest monumental sculpture in Europe). A new war has come and the mother of the city is in battle with the people.
