ABOUT THE ARTWORK

I wanted to emphasize the contrast of darkness and light. The most important point in this work of art is that reaching the highest dimension goes through the path of low dimensions, just as darkness brings forth light. I fixed the play of black and white on the paper. The light, i.e. yellow colour symbolizes " inner power " and the blue colour symbolizes " the FREEDOM " in my works of art. This blue face symbolizes deep freedom in the subconscious, because the blue colour is the colour of the sky and the sea in nature. I used a spiritual spiral on his forehead to symbolise other dimensions. Furthermore, it is believed that the symbolic point of the third eye, where all the worlds are hidden, is here. The main theme of my artwork is the concept of man. I like to criticize a person with the abstract and concrete dimensions, with the creations positive and negative energies. A person can be more valuable than the dimension of angels or more worthless than the dimension of animals. But this does not prevent a person from finally reaching the true dimension of creation. Until now I often painted abstract paintings, in which the levels of abstraction are different. I painted some paintings like soul analysis, others like an abstract fantasy.

I was born in Izmir, Turkey. After studying Architecture at Dokuz Eylül University, I worked as an architect for years. Although painting has always been my passion since childhood, unfortunately I was not able to find time to paint regularly. I decided to edit the artworks I have done so far and share them on the internet. I like to make new pictures and share my pictures. Since I have been interested in photoart, I have been producing photoart myself. Apart from that, I love writing poetry, running, cycling and swimming. After suffering a brain hemorrhage as a result of an accident that I had, sleeping in a coma, I began to question life more deeply. The first thing I thought after coma was that life was very precious and that I couldn’t live it to the fullest. The overlapping exams of life with the accident and after the accident, were a breaking point of my life. After this breaking point, I decided to live life for myself, not for others. I had already experienced two big breaking points in my life before that, triggered by many bad events. This accident was the 3rd time that the power of god shook me to question life. Afterwards, I read Rumi's Mathnawi. I had already read the Koran and the Bible before. I have always wondered my purpose of creation since childhood. But the pace of life did not allow me to investigate it. I had such collapses that the overlapping slaps seemed to never end. Suddenly, the downpouring rains were turning into storms and storms into tornadoes. It was not easy to get through these tornados that sucked me in. But if the storms are before sunny days, it means the SUN is awakening in your self so that you can enjoy the sunny days with a very high perception. I create, love, and still learn. I am a permanent student of life.
