ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Anand Sreenivasan (b. 1984) is a Indian artist. His watercolor works, created with a unique style that’s a fusion of impressionism and realism, are inspired by the spontaneity and dynamism of watercolors, as they employ unique brush strokes, large washes and mark making. He creates a sense of depth through multiple washes employing vivid and dynamic brush strokes leading to a variety of textures. He loves to paint landscapes, cityscapes, seascapes in studio and en plein air.
