“The heavy fruit of labor” is a surreal painting made in 2024 with oil paints in the 100x80 cm format. Often our lives resemble the life of an ant. Hard work in our roles, like a cog in a great machine. Perhaps it’s time to stop in this race and recognize the fruits of our labor, which sometimes are too heavy. It was created on a canvas support stretched over a frame with the use of oil paints. The artwork has painted sides and is ready to hang on the wall with or without a frame. The use of the highest quality materials and the subsequent varnishing of the finished work gives it extraordinary durability for many years. Each painting is created only once, it is unique. Original works, apart from aesthetic values and a deep message, have a high collector’s value.

Born in 1988, graduated from Architecture and Urban Planning at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice. For years she worked as an architect and interior designer, but painting has been her greatest passion since childhood, and with time it has also become a way of life. The artist has been gaining more and more popularity for years by cooperating with galleries, taking part in competitions and exhibitions. Her works are also in many private collections. The artist creates in several styles that can be classified in a generally accepted way, such as surrealism, impressionism or abstraction. However, the works in its version differ from the classic ones and reflect its unique and unrepeatable style. The first style is surrealism. The proportions and laws of physics are disturbed in it. We often move underwater or into the world straight from macro photography. This unreal place is a specific metaphor of the human mind, connecting consciousness with the subconscious. The second characteristic style is modern impressionism. There, the artist uses strong colors, thickly applied paint and the play of light to transfer the viewer to another world. Another trend characteristic of Agata Buczek’s paintings are abstractions. Her output includes such paintings made with many techniques and styles. These are both oil and acrylic paints as well as various types of media. Despite such a diverse approach, we can still notice common features for this artist. All of the above styles share common features that can be called a unique style unparalleled by any other artist. In a unique world filled with symbolism and emotions, we can immerse ourselves and find something in our inner world, that we have forgotten in our busy lives.
