ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This piece started off as more of a test. I wanted to see how using a window scraper to spread paint would end up looking like. When it came out well and to my liking I started giving this painting meaning. I saw myself as the colour in the painting while all the white details on top of the colour are meant to represent the marks people have left on me over life, the painting is not completely covered in colour nor in marks as neither I am a person am complete and never will be and that I will always have new people making new marks on me. This slowly became one of my favourite pieces This painting is on stretched canvas and will require hanging hardware.The makeup of this painting is primarily acrylic, with spray paint and paint pens making up the rest.
