I am a visual artist born in Italy and based in Bristol, UK. I graduated from “Academy of Fine Arts" in Rome with a MA Hons. Since 2000 I exhibited in solo and group exhibitions and I was selected for several expositions, festivals and workshops over the years. My work is published in specialized art magazines, books and catalogues. I started to draw and paint since I was a child and is what I love more. The influences of my work moves from places I have experienced my all life.My work is focus on the landscape genre, contemporary urban and suburban views, intended as insight on our environment and what will remain of our time. The landscape genre for me is a departure point to examine human presence and its encroachment on the natural world. My work is based on photography and drawing. I also love to mix different and incompatible media, like oil, acrylic, enamel and layers of different primers and materials, which give my work a textured look.
