About The Artwork

During the war in Ukraine, I once again realized that you cannot waste time, that you must spend your life as efficiently as possible and have time to do as much useful as possible. Apparently, all these emotions prompted me to write the second picture during the period of military operations. I worked especially hard on this picture, I wrote it every day for 3.5 weeks. It is interesting that at the very beginning I imagined how it would look, I knew that a very troublesome work was ahead, because there were many elements, but it did not scare me and I created it with great inspiration. This is the first time when in the process I already knew that my work would be really cool. I don't usually say this, but this might be the best picture I'll ever make. This picture symbolizes my Ukraine, which through the darkness of suffering, betrayal and grief almost dies, but is reborn and still rises even higher than it was before. Everything will be fine, I believe!

Natalya was born in 1988 in the small town of Semenivka, Chernihiv region in Ukraine. Since childhood, she loved to draw and showed herself creatively in every way. In 2013, she attended a series of master classes on various painting techniques and since then fell in love with oil painting. At first, I tried to paint in different genres, but I realized that I like painting pictures depicting female fantasy portraits the most. In total, since 2013, she has painted more than 40 paintings. Currently, in connection with the war in Ukraine, I live in Cyprus, where I continue to paint new pictures
