ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The work is part of a whole composition dedicated to the dark American history. The American Mafia, rose to power through its success in the illicit liquor trade during the 1920s Prohibition era. which later took root in the upper echelons of power. I think that the raw and sharp movements of the brush, painted with oil on a dark background are necessary to recreate a visual effect. The composition consists of 4 paintings and has a 10% discount
