Venus without visa Acrylic on canvas The work is inspired by the migration process incia in Ecuador and Latin America on the basis of the economic crisis being faced by our countries. The title of the work establishes a relationship between the history of art through the use of the word Venus, a concept used for painting and sculpture for hundreds of years , with the history of Latin American art and history of art . It proposes a reflection on the use of the European concept of Venus in the practice of Latin American art, and is both an ironic provocation on the situation of the poor woman of latin america.

Born in 1955 in Guayaquil, Ecuador.Autodidacta.Inicio my public art activities at 32 años.Algunas exhibitions in local and national artistic medium. I cross over the years a constant search for different languages"‹"‹, influenced by different artists. I am interested in learning about theory and art history and I identify with languages "‹"‹of realism, abstract expressionism, figurative expressionism and conceptual art. I conclude that the language of art should not restrict the artist, you should not take him prisoner, I think I can use styles to respond to what I mean by my works.
