This is a colorful Expressionist style painting of the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge which connects Staten Island to Brooklyn, New York. Having driven over it countess times, to and from Brooklyn, I was always happy to be the passenger so I could gaze up at it while going across. The artwork was created in vibrant hues of orange, green, purple and blue and may even be brighter than a David Hockney painting. It measures 40 x 20 x 1.5 inches, unframed, with the image painted all the way around the edges. It is ready to hang on the wall with all the needed hardware attached. Professional quality acrylic is used on premium stretched canvas. It will ship in a box.
