Water, Fish and more Print

As a painter I live in Berlin. I am born in the South-West part of Germany and am painting since my youth in Heidelberg, doing group and single exhibitions often combined with music and performances. Studied some years at art-school in Mannheim and in Berlin communication design, doing a Training as an educator later. Many years I worked as a freelancer in room design, as artist, sculptor, illustrator, teacher and Instructor of creative and painting courses for adults and children. Since some years I take my watercolors as often as I can to go out to sketch and paint Landscapes, City views , people, doing at home still life on paper. Later I start to manage my impressions on canvas, trying to find Symbols and Expressions for what I have seen and felt through my journeys of life. So it’s some kind of storytelling, narrative and Symbolik work, which hopefully leaves some Interpretation to the vieler, often also inspired by books, politics and socially critical topics, meditations about life and our relationship to our environment, as to ourselves.
