ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This work uses symbols which relate to African positive concepts. For example, sharing, friendship, no fear, creativity etc. They bring positive messages into the hanging space. Ann uses the ancient symbols together with a modernistic approach to reflect the animals she loves. Ann's favorite place is being in the bush with her camera. She's been charged numerous times by elephants, had a lion crouch to pounce on her and tracked spent time with the incredible white lions.
