ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I was inspired to make this piece by several people who liked the preliminary drawing. In the painting I tried to depict a woman who looks inside herself, in her hands a ribbon that rotates with the wind. The ribbon here is a symbol of time. In general, a woman with a ribbon is an image of the interaction of the soul with reality and with times. The quality of the painting is high, high-quality canvas is stretched on a high-quality stretcher. Sold at Gallery 44 in The Hague.
