Crossing over paintings and photographs I have never accepted a limit to one technique.
One part of my work is pure painting. Combining figurative parts with graphic lines and colors.
Walking with my camera I use photographs as a documentary proof of what I have seen. Together with more freely painted impressions I try to find the essence of a certain place or atmosphere.
For some time I do scribbles of figures and objects as graffities on walls of lost houses that bring back some kind of life to these forlorn places. Taking classical black and white photographs from them in that special surroundings the dimensions of time disappear.
