ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This is a spectacular, large woodpecker in the forests. Shiny bluish-black body with a yellow iris, a scarlet redhead, and a prominent crest that curls upward. This bird is found in the forests from Talca Cordillera in O'Higgins to the Beagle Channel in Magallanes and also in Argentina. Painted with vivid red and loose brush strokes in the background emulating the height and wind of their environment when he is on the tree tops.

Born in Chile, and moved to Aberystwyth, Wales, United kingdom; when she was eight months old. Being able to attend important museums, cultivating her large imagination. After a few years her family moved back to Chile. At the new school the psychologist told her parents she would probably be an artist for how she mixed different colors at her short age. And he was not wrong. Isa always wanted to go back to Aberystwyth, which she did at the age of 15 on her own. While there, she went to her old school, Penglais. The director assigned her to the six form being able to chose her own classes. Of course, she picked Design, Music and Art. With a divided heart she returned to Chile to finish her education, coming back to an artistic school, Escuela Artística Armando Dufey Blanc, where she cursed the special studio of painting. Once done with highschool and encouraged by her father, she moved to the city of Santiago, Chile. With the purpose of studying Visual Arts at Universidad Finis Terrae. Here her attention got caught by photography, drawing and sculpture. Isa Dorean Finished her education in 2015.
