Julia Kalinceva started career as an artist in 2016. Over the years, she has mainly worked in her studio in Ukraine. And also the artist regularly made individual trips to different countries, in which she collected stories for the art and explored various topics. The favorite subjects are the sea, boats, nature and landscapes. In her work, the artist explores the relationship between the depth of living an external experience, connecting with the moment and immersing herself in it through the materialization of feelings into tangible physical art. Considering the human inner world, perception and external objects and situations as an indivisible interconnected whole that forms the physical reality. The artist works in the style of abstract realism and abstraction. Primarily using watercolor and gouache/tempera techniques in her works.
