Erica (b. 1993) is a South Korean contemporary artist who explores the lingering traces of memory and the vivid layers of emotion through her paintings. After receiving her BFA in Painting from Kookmin University in 2018, she spent three formative years living in Malaysia from 2019 to 2022, a period that served as a significant turning point in the development of her unique artistic language. Drawing inspiration from multiple exposure photography, her work captures the accumulation of time and the preservation of feelings that endure even as specific details fade away. Currently active in numerous international art fairs, Erica seeks to bridge her Korean roots with a global perspective by establishing meaningful partnerships with galleries across Southeast Asia and the world.
