ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Our beloved gun blue weimaraner passed at the age of 12, but this stance was always one of my favorites. She would point on the trail of something hot with so much passion it was fun to witness. Sometimes she would point at a mouse in the grass or a gopher for the longest time, inching her way to them. Bird dog lovers will enjoy this painting along with dog and animal lovers alike. The unique qualities of all animals are something to be admired. oil is a wonderful medium with it's rich colors. This painting is a timeless piece as bird dog paintings last forever. The nature of the sport will go on forever.
