Our whole lives, we are given a path to walk on, a task to fulfill, a place to be, certain thoughts to believe, and certain emotions to feel. Daily, we get bombarded with the next class, the next event, the next social media post, the next, the next, the next. However when the whole world suddenly stops moving so fast, the time stops ticking and we lose orientation of our paths, we are facing a scary beautiful conflict. A conflict between the known and the unknown. What do we suddenly do with our time when we have to stay home? When we can’t see others in person, can't go to work, can’t see what others are doing online because everyone else is also staying at home? A frame of our timeline that we can choose to accept or fight. We start counting the days, wishing for the past to come back, and hoping for the future to be better and more lively. But when we accept the change and start realizing everything around us and the potential that is there, we start to appreciate what we have. We start feeling. We start seeing. We start smelling and tasting. We start to let go and embrace the time on hold.
