Mt. Tsurugi is a mountain in Shikoku, Japan. The altitude is 1995 meters and is a symbol of Tokushima Prefecture. The top is a low grassland and it feels very pleasant to walk on the ridge. I drew the image of when I climbed up to the mountain.

兵庫県生まれ。京都嵯峨美術短期大学卒業。母親の病気をきっかけに2018年からsoar ( ソア )という名前で活動を開始。主に個展やグループ展での作品発表、レジデンスプログラムへの参加、企業とのコラボレーション、クリエイター・デザイナー・イラストレーター等多岐に渡って活動中。
自身の趣味のアウトドアスポーツ（登山、スノーボード、サーフィン等）を通じて自然の中に身を置く事で感じる五感や感情を元に「自然と人」の繋がりをテーマに模様の要素を取り入れた風景を描いています。
soarとは日本の登山をする人の言葉で「鳥が高く飛べば明日は晴れる」、またスノーボードのパウダーが高く舞う様に、自分自身も向上心を持って高く舞いたいという思いを込めた名前です。
