ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Sometimes during an ordinary walk one sees something that appears unnatural, even surreal. In Central Park on a day after it had rained, this puddle of rainwater seemed to me like a giant eye looking at the sky and reflecting the clouds and the blue of the sky. It felt like a living thing to me. I had to photograph it and share this extraordinary experience with my friends through this image.
