That particular image was inspired by the poetry of the writer Judy Choi for TIGREFOU Editions. All the images produced during a one year period are not photoshopped in order to respect the purity of the poems. Those images were taken by Francis George with the intent to blur the lines between photography and painting, a medium that he used during his early days back in France.
