From series "Immunity for an artist" "The art altar 10" - Limited Edition of 7 Print

“Immunity for an artist” project is about artistic professional surroundings and working conditions, how they influence on creative process of every single artist individualy. In my project I try to compare artistic work studios atmosphere with the artistic work, style and method of depiction of its surrounding. Also I do my best to feel and invigilate creative altars in every single studio which are in the most cases settled by artists on special inspirational places. And, of course, those altars are usually built of different objects on subliminal level with a strange combinations of meanings and interesting metaphors. Using pictorial photography, oil painting and collage as media I bring all my impressions to my working place where I do transformation of this visual information in my own story with depiction of that special mood of each studio. Besides, most art studios are a kind of rear, shelter and intimate space for the digestion of all modern information flow, where the process of creation goes, so every artist has its own way of resistance or adoption of outer world. But that is a different story…
