Jürg Kaufmann is a Swiss commercial and fine art photographer. His studio and gallery are in Zurich. Jürg's works are inspired by nature with a strong passion for the sea and the mountains. He grew up in the Italian part of Switzerland close to the alps on the border of lake Lugano and not far near to the Mediterranean sea, he has an extensive track record in yacht racing and mountaineering. After 20 years in Management, Consulting Jürg decided to quit the office job and to follow his passion for the sea and the mountains with the camera. In the last decade, he photographed several Olympic games, America's Cup, big offshore regattas, and countless expeditions in the mountains. His photographic work can be found in private and public collections globally, notably in exclusives yacht clubs and onboard superyachts. He published two books about yachting, and his work has been published in countless magazines around the globe.
