ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This piece is from a series called "Like Everyone's Watching". A play on the phrase "dance like no one's watching". A series where three girls take a stroll through various places in the city, becoming the center of attention. It is meant to encourage the onlooker to take risks and live every moment without fearing what others think because people will watch you (or not) no matter what. This particular photo from the series is my favorite for its abstract blur through the movement of the girl on the swing, creating a look reminiscent of Rococo style paintings. An effortless feel, a moment of bliss. As life should be.
