I am a UK-based photographer and writer whose work explores story, place, and the quiet emotional spaces between people and their environments. My photography is rooted in observation rather than spectacle — drawn to natural light, understated moments, and the subtle narratives that exist within everyday life, landscapes, and human presence. Working predominantly with natural environments and lived spaces, my images often carry a cinematic stillness, inviting the viewer to pause and reflect rather than consume quickly. Influenced by literature, long-form storytelling, and documentary traditions, my visual work seeks to capture mood and meaning as much as form. Alongside photography, I am a published writer, and this literary background strongly informs my visual practice. Narrative, structure, and rhythm play a central role in how I compose images, resulting in work that sits somewhere between documentary, fine art, and visual storytelling. My practice is driven by curiosity, restraint, and a belief in the power of quiet work — images and words that reveal themselves slowly and reward sustained attention.
