After 3 years of planning and 10 years of construction, Toronto's third city hall was completed in 1899 and became home to the city council until 1966. Today the building serves as a court house for the Ontario Court of Justice and was designated a National Historic Site in 1989. The clock tower reflected of an adjacent office building. Original photography from 2015 using a Canon EOS 60D body with a Sigma 17-70mm f2.8 DC Macro OS lens. Reprocessed using Silver EFEX Pro as a Lightroom plugin for the Black and White conversion.
