What started as a hobby has become my true calling. My passion for photography has completely transformed my life’s path. It is essential for me to perceive the beauty of the world around me and convey it through my work. This is a fundamental part of my creative vision, something deeply personal and close to my heart. "Art is beautiful"—this is how I perceive creativity. I believe that art should bring joy to people, enliven their homes, and transform spaces, making them captivating and dynamic. I am a self-taught artist who has been working with analog and digital photography for 15 years. I draw inspiration from moments, feelings, memories, emotions, and experiences, bringing them to life in various formats, including canvases, photographs, media works, and digital publications. I have visited many countries, including Spain, Portugal, France, Greece, Egypt, Israel, Indonesia, Thailand, and Zanzibar. I have also lived in the Czech Republic, Poland, and Germany. Now I am in Thailand, on a beautiful island that has become my source of inspiration. I believe that cultural and social experiences have played a significant role in my personal growth and development as an artist. I have participated in many photo exhibitions in Ukraine. "I love what I do. I enjoy observing the world around me, experiencing it firsthand, seeing it from different perspectives, getting closer to it, discovering and feeling what I can convey through photography," I say. FROM A SHIP MECHANIC TO A PHOTOGRAPHER I was born in 1987 in a small industrial city in Ukraine, near Odesa. After graduating from the Maritime Transport Lyceum, I obtained a specialty as a motor mechanic. Before becoming a photographer, I worked at a factory in my city for four years. In 2007, I left the industrial world to turn my artistic dream into a profession and began studying photography. I didn’t have the money for formal education, so I taught myself by studying available literature, textbooks, and encyclopedias. Since childhood, I have been fascinated by the magic of photography. I have always felt the need to capture and express the world around me through my images. Photography, to me, is not just an activity—it is a way of thinking.
