Leyla EMEKTAR was born in 1972, in Adana.After completing Primary, Secondary and High School Education in Seyhan, Adana; she attended Cukurova University, Department of Painting at the Faculty of Education and graduated in 1993. By taking photography training at the university, she gained experience on photography and dark room using. Leyla EMEKTAR who is married with two children, works as a Visual Arts teacher in Kandira, Kocaeli. The artist who is the members of MOF (Mersin Olba Photography) , has been the member of GPU (United Photographers International) since 2011; and has received the degree of EFIAP (International Federation of Photographic Art) in 2014. The photographer produces works on the field of Creative Edit and got many National and International Awards from the photo contests she attended.
