The whole landscape is surrounded by water though all salty, nor they have drinking water neither for cooking. It’s for long two years they are living with waters after the hits of cyclone ‘Aila’ in may 2009.The salt distracted water causing the life into a stake in these deserted lands which have been severely affected by the global warming, shrimp farming, tidal surge, drought, lack of rain, salty waters & fighting with tigers for space etc. Agriculture is no longer possible, simply because the old plants cannot grow in the salty soil. People are forced to look for new ways of life. The whole landscape is surrounded by water but not a drop of water to drink. Digital medium is the ultimate medium for such a meaning subject to capture.
