Born in Palermo in 1977, I’ve spent my adolescence in the heart of Sicily, absorbed in the nature of Madonie Park. When I was young, I’ve got passionate to the study of technical and artistic drawing, followinga phase of painting’s experience and a fruitful collaboration with the artist Croce Taravella. After completing my studies in engineering and architecture, I moved to Berlin, a creative city that awakened in me the interest in photographyas a useful tool to represent reality and space. I initially began to get interested in the study of natural and artificial subjects by creating abstract compositions. In my most recent works I face issues concerning the cities’ historical and contemporary architecture. Photography represents also a document of my travels around the world. I am based in Milan, where I teach, I work as an architect and continue to develop my artistic research.
