ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The Altamont Pass is a windpoewr station alone highway 580 north California. This moment was captured when I traveled back from Lake Tahoe in early spring 2023. I have taken 580 to Los Angles several times, but this is the first time I pass this point duirng spring. It is stunning to see this trunquil and vivid spring scenery in north Cal.
