Scott works in digital, vintage and film photography, primarily in the Gulf Coast and Great Lakes regions of the United States. His fine art work often reflects solitude; some images have been described as mysterious and even beguiling. Using modern and vintage lens, Scott is inspired by light, color, a sense of place, a sense of seemingly secret worlds, just about every human being he sees or meets, and the Creator. A Louisiana native, Scott recently returned to Houston after a 12-year stint on Chicago's North Shore. He shoots commercial photography for businesses, organizations and media, and he does a considerable amount of portrait work for professionals and families alike.
