About the Artist: Christian Paez is a college student who has only started selling his artworks recently. His first painting on canvas was last 2019 for a school project. Since then, he has been honing his style through digital applications. This year, he is back on painting on canvas, inspired by the impressionist movement. His love for art traces back from looking at the intricate patterns of the sky brought by the sun’s eventual demise—otherwise known as sunset. His paintings are about landscapes which he interprets from his subjective view. Thoughts about Art: I think art sets a subtle message that we do not merely exist. We are conscious beings, capable of perceiving the beauty in various hues set in different values and intensities. I like to indulge in the idea that perhaps with every artwork I create, its viewers would find solace in the reminder that we live in a world of color. Contacts: Email address -
