Parham Park is an exceptional location for ancient trees in Sussex, some of which began their lives during the the reign of Henry VII. At that time, the manor of Parham belonged to the Abbey of Westminster and the land which is now Parham Park may have been set aside for hunting game. This photograph is part of an ongoing series, ‘The Old Ones’ which is a photographic record of the oldest and largest trees surviving in the English county of Sussex. Available as open and limited edition prints. Limited editions are made on heavyweight (300gsm) cotton rag, fine art paper. Unframed, with a 2 inch wide, white border (border not included in the size shown), they are supplied in a tube for framing to your taste. One of a series of ten.
