This image belongs to Yoro Park Series.Photographs taken of the architecture of the Reversible Destiny site at Yoro Park, designed by architects Arakawa and Madeline Gins. An image in which one can intuit the shadow of a person in front of the back door to access the main building. An image that suggests playfulness and joy, surprise. An explosion of color, inviting us to access that playful and exploratory part of ourselves.

I am a photographer currently living in Madrid. I work mostly with analogue film. I move in the world of shapes and bright colors capturing ethereal and fleeting moments. I find my inspiration in art, architecture, design.... I like to play on that line where painting becomes photography, and photography looks like painting. I love the work of American photographers William Eggleston, Joel Meyerowitz, Alec Soth, Saul Leiter... I also draw a lot of inspiration from the paintings of artists like Hockney, Richard Estes or Helen Frankenthaler. To achieve the painterly quality I'm looking for, I work mostly with analog photography. Since my brother gave me my first analog camera more than 10 years ago, I haven't shot any photography other than analog film. What other says about my work: "If urban geometry is your thing, then you’ll be happy we included Irene Oliveti in this list. Full of playful pinks and blissful blues, Irene demonstrates a great understanding of both color and shape. But don’t be fooled, this film photographer is certainly not a one-trick pony. Amongst her work you will find quality portraiture, landscapes, and street photography." - Source: www.thephoblographer.com, (Film Photography Lovers Need to Follow These 10 Togs!)
