ABOUT THE ARTWORK

"Hikikomori" (hiku: pulling and komoru: withdrawing) and "Mono no aware" (the pathos or sensitivity of things), two Japanese terms that decline the concept of loneliness and nostalgia for the incessant change of nature and human life. The loliness of the naked tree in contrast with the beauty of the sunset behind let all the feelings slowly spread through our veins and soul. I'm leaving you stay - two autumns (Kobayashi Issa)
