Born and raised in Australia and now based in the UK, I am a predominantly self-taught photographer who first discovered the camera in high school before studying psychology, gender studies, and political science. After a long pause, I’ve returned to photography with renewed intention—to create images that invite stillness into a world drowning in noise. As a complementary therapist, I’m deeply interested in how art can help restore balance between the body’s sympathetic and parasympathetic systems. My work aims to bring the calm of the natural world indoors, encouraging the viewer to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. Each photograph is both a meditation and a memory—a quiet landscape where reflection becomes possible, and the ordinary transforms into a space for healing and peace.
