Flavio Parente was born in Rome,Italy,where he lives and works. His passion for photography began in 2000 after winning an international competition called Enzimi 2000 with his photographic work "Sublimazioni" From that moment on, in addition to photography began studying serious light and its ways of reacting and behaving, using him camera as a paintbrush while the light as if it were paint. Just the fact that the end result more than a photograph look like a light painting, has led the artist to decide that the ideal support for his work and print on canvas.
