ABOUT THE ARTWORK
From a series combining original text by the artist with both found and original photography. The image consists of the file name of the oldest item found during a search of a personal computer, which contained an animated ".gif" depicting the infamous "dancing baby" from the Ally McBeal television program overlaid atop a photo taken during a vacation in Idyllwild, CA.

Chris Horner is a Portland-based multi-disciplinary artist working in photographic and digital media. Originally trained as a writer, Chris has spent the past ten years blurring the boundary between text and image.
