ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Photography taken to Montpellier in the south east of France The White Tree is the result of a meeting between Japan and the Mediterranean orchestrated by the architects Sou Fujimoto Architects, Nicolas Laisné Architectes, OXO Architectes and DREAM. This immaculate white 17-story building, facing the Lez, is the symbol of contemporary Montpellier associated with Japanese refinement. An architectural madness, the White Tree, the highest point of Montpellier, enhances the landscape by adapting perfectly to its environment. Work numbered, signed and provided with a certificate of authenticity 100 x 100 cm Print laminated with plexiglass and rear hooking system limited 5 prints in this size, no subsequent reprints. Other sizes and mounts available ready to hang

I am a french professional architectural photographer based in the south west of France from an art history course, I work to order with architects and interior designers internationally. Architecture attracts me, a building or even a simple wall, a piece of sidewalk can seem magical to me. I want to be able to bring, to change things, to play with reality. I like to see people projecting themselves in my photos, traveling, dreaming in this world that I will have partly created, idealized to make it a unique place. For the most part I use digital collage - to me anything can look good, but not necessarily where it is. So I stroll. Once in my studio, I start my collage work. Sometimes it changes very little and other times it will take me dozens of images to create a new one. I like to draw ideas, techniques from the visions of various currents or movements such as the New Topography for example for my urban photographs or cubism, the abstract for purely architectural photographs. I hope I made you want to travel with me
