Cypress - Limited Edition of 1 Print

This series of works called "Prints of the past" it is a diploma project of installation type. The goal of the work is to attempt to visualize human memory and to investigate the impact of traumatic events on the consciousness, emotional state and human mood. The subject of the research is the image of a person, or rather, it should be the imprint that it leaves on its own. This project is to some extent an autobiographical work, because the main theme is the subjective impression of the author from the experiences of the events of 2014 in the Crimea. That is why in works the graphic technique is used to remove prints from real people, plants and things. This is a unique author's technique that allows you to make an accurate, almost photorealistic imprint of any kind. Graphic works are made on paper Palantina Fabriano light yellow colour and cured with a special water-repellent varnish. The imprint comes in a single copy and is ready to be framed in a baguette.
