GYOTAKU (魚拓, from gyo "fish" + taku "impression") Gyotaku is the traditional Japanese art form where a fish is inked and pressed onto paper, recording a visual memory forever onto the sheet. Combining my two passions, my love of the ocean with my creativity has changed my world. I’m a multidisciplinary creative based in Mandurah, Western Australia and have worked as a self employed graphic designer for most of my life.
