Aleksander Łęski (born 1972, Wrocław) graduated from the State Secondary School of Fine Arts in Wrocław and a graduate of the State High School of Fine Arts in Wrocław (currently the E. Geppert Academy of Fine Arts), where he studied in 1994-1999 at the Faculty of Painting, Graphics and Sculpture. He studied painting and drawing in the studio of the famous Polish artist Józef Hałas. He completed his diploma in artistic graphics in the field of color lithography with the highest grade. In 2009, a member of the Norwegian association of Grafill creators. His later graphic activity was carried out using modern digital techniques and commercial graphics. Currently, he creates using traditional painting techniques. Individual and collective exhibitions. His more or less abstract work shows the search for common elements of abstractions and shapes of the real world. His works are a kind of marriage of landscape with specific geometric forms. The field of combining the environment of abstraction with real motifs is decisive and strong colors. The interpenetration of color with the surface texture and rich paint structures give his work additional visual value. The driving force behind artistic activity in his abstract impressions is place, time, impression and color. His works are characterized by an extremely dynamic play of forms and colors, often balancing on the verge of recognizability of the real world. Łęski is inspired by nature, but transforms it in a modern, non-obvious way, focusing on intense colors and free, expressive shapes. His abstract landscapes do not literally represent places, but convey their essence, emotions and mood, which can accompany communion with nature. His works reach collectors in Poland and abroad.
