Raphael Schaffer was born and raised in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg. He was a student at the Uhlandshöhe Private School. There he got to know arts and crafts interdisciplinary. His language skills in English, French and German are a result of that time. At an early age he received music and art lessons, which gave him a good overview and knowledge of the epochs. He was able to apply his knowledge in the field of building construction as a technical monument assistant. Then strengthened his knowledge of Photography, Graphic and Communication Design in courses at Community College and another Private School. In this way he developed a large portfolio in the fields of Painting, Drawing & Sketching, Photography and Graphic Design. While his childhood he visited Switzerland regularly. During his youth and as young adult he traveled all over Europe. His favorite stays were England, Ireland, France, Italy, Greece, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium and Austria.
